Payment
Painting: When you receive your invoice, you must be aware that a deposit must be paid before the agreement is valid. The deposit is always 50% of the total sum. The remaining amount will be invoiced after the painting is completed and the painting will only be shipped after the full amount has been paid.
Mentoring: Your mentoring journey is invoiced on the day we enter into our agreement on your journey. The investment can be divided in up to 3 installments free of charge.
Payments are made through Swish, Stripe or PayPal.
Cancellation
Painting: The 50% deposit when ordering a painting is not refundable. If the telepathy and/or painting process has not yet begun, you can cancel the last 50% payment under special circumstances.
Mentoring: If you are prevented from attending our (online) session, you must give notice as soon as possible and we will find a new time. In the event of repeated absences, no new times are given, and the sessions in question are therefore lost.
Gift card
It is possible to buy gift cards for paintings / mentoring from 44 euro. The gift card will be delivered by post, or sent electronically. All gift cards are valid from the date of issue and 1 year onwards. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. The same payment and cancellation rules apply as above.
Right of withdrawal - painting
The right of withdrawal for the painting are no longer valid when the telepathy and/or painting process has begun.
Right of withdrawal - online courses
By purchasing an online course through Animal Telepathy Art, your right of withdrawal is waived upon payment, unless otherwise stated (eg 14-day full satisfaction guarantee).
Right of withdrawal - mentoring
As stated in the terms and conditions that you accepted when you purchased a mentoring course through Animal Telepathy Art, your right of withdrawal is waived upon payment.
Copyright
Copying and using images from Animal Telepathy Art
According to copyright law, it is not allowed to use or copy images from this website or associated Instagram / Facebook and use for own social media, including website, Facebook or Instagram without written agreement with Animal Telepathy Art. If this happens anyway, an invoice corresponding to the applicable rates will be sent without further notice.
Use of purchased images on social media
You are welcome to use and show your purchased painting on social media, including private Facebook and Instagram. I would like you to credit (mention) me as the artist, when showing the painting. It is not permitted to use the painting in your own marketing without written permission.
Use of images on Animal Telepathy Art and related social media
As an artist I always have the copyright over the photos and paintings I create. I therefore also have the right to decide which paintings I want to use for marketing or other business purposes. That said, I always make sure to have a clear agreement with the customer regarding the use of photos on social media. That said, I accept if you do not want your painting published on social media, but this needs to be agreed on beforehand. I always keep the right to showcase my paintings on my website.

I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
